  • 7.20 pm - Pilates & Yoga for Runners  - We focus strongly on preparing and maintaining your body for running regardless of what level of runner you are this class is a perfect compliment 

Thursday Pilates

  • 5.50pm - Finding Your Own Flow 1  Pilates

  • 6.55pm - Finding Your Own Flow 2 Pilates

Saturday Pilates

  • 10 am - The Weekender
